Another NorNet Core site with 3 ISPs

The NorNet Core site at Universitetet i Oslo (UiO) now also got its third ISP connection. After UNINETT (IPv4+IPv6) and PowerTech (IPv4+IPv6), the UiO site is now also connected to Broadnet.
