A new path management algorithm for Multi-Path TCP (MPTCP) has been evaluated in the NorNet Core infrastructure. This algorithm, named Path Characteristic and Data Characteristic (PCDC), can achieve significant performance improvements in setups with heterogenous ISP connections. A paper has just been accepted for publication at the 45th IEEE Conference on Local Computer Networks (LCN) in Sydney, New South Wales/Australia!
