💡 Description

TDMouse makes it possible to use a PC serial mouse with Microsoft or MouseSystems/Genius mouse protocol on the Amiga by connecting it to the Amiga's serial port.

Important warning:
This is only a software driver for the serial port! It is not possible to connect a PC-mouse to the Amiga's mouse port! Doing this may cause hardware damage on both, the mouse and the Amiga's mouse port!

The emulation is done by generating input events via the input.device. Therefore, most games which read the mouse directly by hardware access do not work with this program. But Workbench programs which use IDCMP work quite well.

TDMouse is Open Source.
